Today it is October 10th – World Porridge Day. Yes, there is a day dedicated to porridge and I’m all for it to be honest. I also think it might be World Mental Health Day, but I think I care more about porridge. Eh, maybe not, but oatmeal is a big and important part of my life. That sounds very sad, but I promise you that porridge can brighten any day. Here is a quick and simple recipe for you to enjoy, perfect for this season.

cup pant based milk

scoop vegan vanilla protein (sub more oats + sweetener)

apple (finely diced)

tablespoon flax seeds

- Add everything to a pot and cook until desired consistency is reached.
